About this role:

The Field Operations role is responsible for providing professional, efficient, and timely administration support to the company’s internal and external team as required. To ensure that these functions are managed effectively, efficiently, and accurately and in line with organizational requirements.


Key objectives include:

  1. Providing field operations administrative support
  2. Create and monitor surgeon agreements
  3. Create campaigns for Workshops and Tradeshows
  4. Management calendar for approved events
  5. Support business travel procedures, solutions, and activities
  6. Provide operational support to Customer Relations Department as and when required
  7. Compile and print certificates, flyers, event agendas

Working within and actively promoting Applied’s corporate strategies, policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

About you:

Experience in Administration/office management and coordination in a field operations environment (preferred but not essential). High level of computer literacy and Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly. Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency to ensure deadlines are achieved. Strong interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism. Highly effective and accurate written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and display superior time management skills, initiative and self-motivation and ability to prioritize competing tasks.


Remuneration:

Competitive salary package comprised of base salary, superannuation, and participation in a company bonus scheme based on achievement in your role.
