A leading company in energy-efficient and solar power solutions for businesses, known for its strong growth and market leadership, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Kings Park. Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the overall management of projects including planning, coordination, and budget management from execution to completion.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction, oversight, and guidance to project engineers, delivery teams, and installation teams.
- Project Delivery: Ensure project deliverables are provided efficiently, maximizing outcomes while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Time and Budget Management: Ensure projects are built within the time frames and on budget.
- Reporting: Report on project progress, project issues, resource planning, and project status.
- Experience: Proven experience leading and managing a team, preferably within the energy, construction, or services industry.
- Skills: Experience with HSSE, risk management, and contract management.
- Certification: Certified in Project Management and a member of a recognized project management professional body.
- Problem-Solving: A clear and logical thinker who can quickly understand risks and issues and work to mitigate or resolve them efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Background: Electrical or construction background and/or CEC accreditation in Designer and Installers is an advantage.
