As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the enterprise project.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.
This role requires a versatile project manager who can navigate complex challenges, communicate effectively, and manage both teams and budgets with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the project, from initiation to delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT.
- Proven experience in managing projects within retail, healthcare or insurance sectors is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
