Investor Relations and Communications Specialist

We’re looking to expand our Investor relations team with a talented consultant to lead the investor and corporate communications programs for our ASX listed and pre-IPO clients. This is an opportunity to work with some of Australia’s most innovative and fast-growing companies and be a part of building their story on the road to success. 

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors including biotechnology, industrials and resources.
  • Provide strategic advice on best practice communications, shareholder management, issues management and storytelling.
  • Interpret financial data and company information to build compelling narratives that educate and grow confidence across the investment markets.
  • Draft (and oversee the drafting of) internal and external client materials including ASX announcements, corporate presentations, press releases, fact sheets, key messaging narratives and Q&As.
  • Confidently execute investor relations events such as roadshows, conferences, webinars and site visits.
  •  Actively identify and drive the conversion of new business opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring of junior members of the team.


What we’re looking for

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field and/or a minimum of 5 years previous experience in investor relations or communications consulting. 
  • A solid understanding of investment markets, ASX rules, financial and investment concepts and the strategic IR function. 
  • Highly developed strategic and content development skills for corporate and investor audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Team player – willing to roll your sleeves up and achieve outstanding results with a team of investor relations and corporate communications guns.
