Within Suncorp Bank’s Website Optimisation Team, we nurture and celebrate experimentation, learning and continuous improvement. As a Website Product Owner working primarily on our customer facing Chatbot, you’ll not only plan and deliver a roadmap of initiatives, you’ll shape the future of banking you can feel good about.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Become customer obsessed by developing a strong understanding of customer’s needs, placing the customer at the heart of what we deliver.
- Responsible for driving digital targets and improving the conversion rate on the website.
- Responsible for understanding the full customer journey and using data & customer research, to identify pain points and opportunities
- Be able to prioritise, scope and schedule digital projects and features.
- Together with Product, Compliance and Legal teams, responsible for ensuring digital content is up-to-date and all risks are managed appropriately
- Responsible for finding efficiencies in ways of working with internal teams to address customer pain points and harness opportunities
- Update and optimise transcripts within Suncorp Bank’s customer facing chatbot.
What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a Business, eCommerce, Information Technology or Marketing related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Proven ability to deal with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
- Experience in managing successful, performance-based, Digital Sales programs
- Experience in online customer experience and information design
- Experience in using online analytics/intelligence tools (eg Adobe Analytics, Splunk)
- Experience in banking products design, bank operations or bank customer service
- Experience working in conversational AI or contact centre live chat environments would be ideal
