About the Head of Professional Services role
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving excellence in project delivery? At Mantalus, we're looking for a Head of Professional Services to oversee and elevate our customer projects. This senior role is critical to our growth, leveraging your expertise in project management and client relations to contribute to Mantalus's success.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our dynamic operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of client projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with the squad leads to oversee project resourcing, allocating tasks effectively, and optimising team performance to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are utilised efficiently.
- Monitor and analyse project financials, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide leadership and guidance to squad leads.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring the team is motivated and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to elevate the quality of our service delivery.
Requirements of the Head of Professional Services role
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a professional services organisation, preferably in tech consulting.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of tech consulting and professional services.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
