The Business Manager plays a crucial role in the function and leadership of SLA’s corporate and business enabling services. To succeed, you will be an influential communicator and strategic thinker that can initiate business improvement initiatives and implement best practice solutions that improve service delivery.
If you are self-motivated, detail orientated person with strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail who can work under pressure and achieve deadlines in an environment with competing priorities we want to hear from you

Eligibility/other requirements:
- Three years leading and managing a team in a customer service environment, or relevant transferrable skills and experience.
- Current Driver’s Licence Class C (preferred).
- This position may require some manual handling tasks.
- This position is required to undertake the roles of First Aid Officer and/or Fire Warden.
Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
