About Us

Children's Health Queensland is a specialist statewide hospital and health service dedicated to caring for children and young people from across Queensland and northern New South Wales.

Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

The position of Administration Officer will:

  • Provide administrative, secretariat and logistical support for Queensland Health's Health Service Chief Executive (HSCE) Forum and related executive-level forums
  • Help arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, capture and follow-up agreed actions, write and manage documents and emails, liaise with stakeholders and undertake other activities incidental to the operation of the forums
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, timely and responsive support to the forums by the HSCE Forum Office.
