Parlour X seeks an exceptional Ecommerce Manager to oversee our e-commerce business and omni-channel marketing strategy. You must have significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a multibrand retail fashion space. Founded in 2001, Parlour X is Australia’s premier luxury fashion retailer and it’s imperative that the online channels reflect the peerless experience of the flagship Paddington boutique. The focus of this role is on performance, and website functionality, ensuring all product and website content is relevant and impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational functions for eCommerce and oversee content planning and content strategy.
  • Ensure that the branding and value proposition is accurately represented.
  • Utilise all available resources internally and externally to support, execute and monitor Parlour X’s Ecommerce and CRM strategy.
  • Manage Parlour X’s digital CRM strategy for engagement, retention, growth and re-activation.
  • Grow the customer base across the Parlour X product range through the execution of website performance updates and paid marketing.
  • Own the Parlour X Marketing Calendar for digital, ensuring all Paid, Social and CRM activity supports key business objectives and activities.
  • Manage Parlour X’s Paid marketing strategy to drive ROAS and overall channel performance.
  • Liaise with the studio and design team to optimise the design of the website  
  • Optimise merchandising across key product categories in line with the online strategy and assist with new category creation
  • Optimise the customer journey to drive onsite conversion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Ecommerce and a similar role
  • Minimum 3+ years working in a multi brand business preferably fashion 
  • Experience in executing online merchandising and content strategies 
  • Demonstrated Content Management System (CMS) experience, Shopify essential.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and an ability to deep dive into the data to make suggestions on workflow redesigns or conversion optimisations.
  • UX experience for customer journey and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Ability to analyse and map customer lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of user experience, digital design and development.
  • Proven experience executing multiple digital projects and managing priorities within time guidelines and managing priorities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, management skills and attention to detail
  • Hunger for emerging digital trends and technology.
