Some of the duties of this role include:
• Coordinate the development of master plans for infrastructure.
• Design and deliver projects.
• Develop and implement design and asset management strategy plans, policies and 7.11/7.12 plans.
• Monitor and report on the delivery of the annual ppm schedule and the annual capital works program.
• Prepare detailed concept designs for infrastructure.
What we are seeking in our newest team member:
1. Drivers Licence (Class C) – NSW;
2. Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Project Management, or a related field;
3. Extensive experience in open space, sporting facility and natural areas infrastructure planning, design and delivery;
4. Extensive experience with the management of grants or development contributions to open space capital works.
Benefits of working with us:
Salary of $116K p.a. plus Superannuation (paid weekly) + Car Allowance ($13.7k p.a. plus Superannuation) or Council Leaseback Vehicle. Opportunity for Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) and Organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Learning & Development Opportunities, Active Social Club, undercover parking and onsite cafe.
