Objectives and scope of thepositionAs a key member of the People and Culture team, deliverend-to-end HR support and advice for all KordaMentha offices andstaff.
Duties andresponsibilities National People and CulturesupportWork collaboratively with the People and Culture team to providebest practice HR for our internal and external stakeholders:
- Recruitment – experienced/lateral hires, graduatesand vacationers
- Staff training, learning and development
- Performance management
- Performance and remuneration reviews
- Facilitation of occupational personality (OPQ)assessments
- Manage daily P&C enquiries
- Support all team members with broad administrative andcyclical HR functions throughout the year
- Conduct the People and Culture induction for new joiners tothe firm
- Maintain and create new employees on the HRIS
- Prepare and conduct exit interviews
- Assist with the coordination of extended leave, careerbreaks and inter-office transfers or secondments
- Create and maintain training courses on ELMO
- Coordinate the annual graduate induction program
- Maintain course attendance records in the learningmanagement system
- Create new roles in the recruitment tracking system and jobboards (e.g. Prosple, Gradconnection, Seek, LinkedIn)
- Set up OPQ assessments
- Review, screen and shortlist applicants and candidates
- Prepare employment contracts.
- Participate in candidate interviews as required
- Support end-of-year round table discussions to the level ofSenior Executive Analyst
- Prepare and upload salary review letters to the HRIS asrequired
- Export performance pulses from Culture Amp performancemanagement system
Coordinate the annual recruitment process of graduates andvacationers:
- Book employer information sessions, careers fairs andensure online careers websites are up-to-date
- Attend careers fairs, set up and pack down stand/s
- Create and post online campaigns to relevant jobboards
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate and current
- Set up roles into the recruitment tracking system and otherjob boards
- Arrange candidate interviews, book rooms, and organiseKordaMentha staff for interviews
- Coordinate interview guides and case study material forinterview days
- Organise meet and greets for graduates and vacationers
- Work closely with marketing and external agencies to buildand improve annual campaigns
- Liaise with service line leaders and assign buddies to eachgraduate and vacationer
- Shortlist candidates
- Conduct phone interviews
- Participate in interviews as required
- Update and maintain all employee files and staff details onthe HRIS and other P&C platforms
- Undertake ad-hoc administration tasks
- Liaise and assist national administration staff and payrollas required
- Create and upload People and Culture updates on KMnet
- Completing or completed an undergraduate degree majoring inHuman Resources, Business or similar
- PC literate across MS Office at intermediate to advancedlevel
- Professional presentation, discreet and able to maintainemployee confidentiality
- Excellent written and interpersonal communicationskills
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- High level time management, organisational, prioritisationand project management skills
- Proactive and able to develop and map processes
- Task oriented with a bias to action
- Ability to work with limited supervision
