Calling all Bendigo Sales Specialists…ONCE IN A LIFETIME BENDIGO SALES ROLE
• Lead a highly engaged Bendigo Metricon Display
• Facilitate the purchase of Metricon homes from initial enquiry to issue of contract
• From first home buyers, all the way through to the forever home buyer, you cater for people from all backgrounds
• We are passionate about building and selling best value homes – beautifully designed and quality built homes sold at highly competitive prices, backed up by excellent service
• Work with a driven and hungry sales team
This role is literally like you are running your own business. We require strong, customer focused New Home Advisors to literally hit the ground running. Based in our beautifully presented new displays in Imagine Estate Strathfieldsaye , you can show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door and talk about our huge range of award winning designs and facades to suit their block of land.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Bendigo display centerGreet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingenciesProvide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budgetEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframesCollaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentationManage client expectations and be a trusted advisor; andSupport customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.
