The Opportunity:

Come and join our team We are seeking Community Disability Support Workers located in Bendigo. You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

Important information about the role:

  • Pet Care - Assisting client to provide food & water to their cat
  • Complex Care - You will be supporting customers with complex care requirements which includes PEG feeding, hoist, catheter & bowel care
