About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time position involves ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition by undertaking quality workmanship. The primary role includes timely and accurate completion of comprehensive quotes for accident repairs while interacting with a range of people. Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role offers stability, opportunity, and involvement in a vast network of repair facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  2. Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner according to repair cost targets and procedures
  3. Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required
  4. Processing vehicles onsite through inspections and imaging
  5. Managing repair parts for timely arrival and cost effectiveness
  6. Coordinating with suppliers for timely authorization of additional work
  7. Assisting with production management when needed
  8. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition
About You

If you have proven experience in a similar position, including preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry, consider joining us. Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable, and Ibody experience is a plus. Strong customer service, communication skills, systems experience, computer proficiency, and attention to detail are required. Additional skills like Excel are advantageous but not necessary. Collaboration, commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality are valued.

Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60-$80k

Mid-Senior tradesperson: $80k-$100k
