The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Business Development Manager.

In this role, we are looking for some who is from building insurance industry sector, who can guide QAco through Insurance work for building repair, directly with insurance companies. You will be responsible for taking leads and leading QAco into setting up to become a direct contractor with insurance companies to do planned and responsive work. 

Working within the QAco’s team, you will be building your team, you will build and execute business plans and campaigns in alignment with key QAco market messages focusing on new business growth and retention in accordance with our strategy.

About You

You will be an experienced Relationship, Practice or Business Development Manager within the building insurance claims industry, preferably in building Insurance with a strong understanding in the Advice process. 

You are a natural communicator with highly developed verbal, written, presentation and influencing skills. You have demonstrated experience in building rapport, and you pride yourself in providing exceptional service to your clients.

We are now looking for a building professional to join our Sydney team.

  • Setup the repair build process on a portfolio for complex, major loss & commercial insurance construction projects
  • Setup fundamental Project Management principles to ensure the timely completion of projects to budget.
  • Ensure communication across all stakeholders, maintaining great ongoing relationships ensuring continual and growing work.
  • Grow value added relationships with Loss Adjusters & Insurers Representatives.
  • Support estimators in developing major bids for multiple same time projects.
  • Development a strategic growth path into leadership.
