About The Role

We have an opportunity for a Strata Manager to join our team.

We are after an individual who has a passion to succeed, is willing to learn and has a customer service focus.

The position will be based out of our Menai office, located in the Sutherland Shire.

To be successful in this position, you must have a can-do attitude, high work ethic, customer service focused and a mature outlook.

Key Duties Include

  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Liaise with owners, committee members and agents
  • Reviewing financials
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Being a Team player
  • Preparing meeting notices and agendas
  • Attending meetings as required (generally after hours)
  • Providing exceptional customer service and a high level of communication
  • High work ethic

To be a qualified strata manager, you must have a certificate of registration.
