We are a leading strata management company in Belmore seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strata Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata properties and ensuring that all aspects of their management run smoothly and efficiently.

Full Time Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of strata properties and ensuring that all aspects of their management run smoothly and efficiently
  • Communicating with and providing support to strata owners and tenants
  • Handling and resolving disputes and complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repairs
  • Organizing and chairing meetings of strata owners
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in strata management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • The ability to answer technical/strata management questions
  • Team player
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with strata management software
