ACT Industrial’s strength is in the fabrication and supply of quality, well priced waste bin and steel structures for the industrial, commercial, mining and rural industries. We are currently seeking a business development manager who possesses extensive experience in industrial waste servicing, complemented by a substantial engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have marketing or engineering qualifications as well as three or more years of experience in industrial or commercial building construction or waste, recycling, conveyor belt, scrap metal industries or mining industry. ACT has rapidly expanded over the past 15 years to be a nationwide business and amiable working culture. We are excited to offer not only invigorating challenges in project management but also promising pathways for advancement into state management, especially for dynamic and proactive managers.

You will be a self starter, motivated and have a positive attitude towards selling, clients and team members. The role also includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Sales for steel structures, steel bins, and other steel products;
  • Increasing the client base, maintaining and improving existing relationship with clients;
