You will be passionate about working alongside industry leaders in the hospitality sector. You should be engaging, alert, and mature, with the confidence to introduce innovative and fresh ideas.

You will have come from a marketing communications focused role where customer engagement, market presence and increasing revenue has been at the forefront of your mind.

Crafting Dynamic Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement, aligning plans with business goals and budgets.

Elevating Digital Presence: Lead digital marketing campaigns across various channels, optimizing SEO/SEM strategies and analyzing performance metrics to boost online presence.

Engaging Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging social media content and strategies, fostering community interaction and actively responding to followers.

Innovative Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content, including videos, graphics, and blog posts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audiences.

Strategic Event Management: Plan and promote exciting events for the venues, coordinating with teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

  • Hands-On Operations: Develop and manage engaging social media content, oversee high-quality content creation, and plan and promote events, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. Implement customer loyalty programs, execute advertising campaigns, and manage promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, maintain brand identity, and lead digital marketing efforts to boost online presence. Establish strategic partnerships, manage the marketing budget, and track performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and drive business growth.
