We are Lentune, a leading SaaS company specializing in financial management software for the construction industry, and we're excited to expand further into Australia With strong roots in the New Zealand market and a growing presence in Australia, we're on the lookout for a key addition to our sales team to help accelerate this growth.

Our suite of automated project cost management software is transforming the construction industry, giving businesses greater control and visibility over their finances. Lentune has seen significant success this year, with increased partnerships, expanded market reach, and higher customer retention rates.

As our Australian-based Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting growth journey. You'll identify new business opportunities and collaborate with our existing Sales and Implementation team, who are renowned for their delivery in the construction sector, to achieve better outcomes for our clients.

What will you do?
  • Utilize various channels to seek out potential customers and capitalize on warm leads generated by our Sales Development Representatives.
  • Maximize the potential of our extensive CRM database to generate your own leads and deepen market relationships.
  • Showcase the power of Lentune software to key stakeholders through multiple contact points, including live demos, while maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM.
  • Build relationships with potential customers to expand your network and increase the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve OKRs to expand the client base, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth in the Australian market.
  • Prepare sales documents and agreements, working closely with customers to meet their needs while upholding the Lentune brand and delivery model.

Skills we can't resist:
  • Ability to lead account expansion strategies across Australia, building new business relationships, increasing market share, and enhancing brand recognition.
  • Hands-on management of the sales process with confidence in navigating sales cycles.
  • Establishing relationships and providing direct touchpoints with decision-makers at various levels.
  • Sales experience in construction, technical software, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Identifying and making new contacts to broaden your network, with a knack for building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and situations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
