$75000 base plus superannuation
OTE $120k+ per annum

Based in Melbourne eastern suburb office, the successful candidate will possess a natural flair for building client rapport and qualifying new customer opportunities in a dynamic and energetic sales environment. Using a consultative needs-based approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads leading to sales opportunities.
The successful applicant will be the first line of direct contact for potential new leads, you will be qualifying leads, deciphering specific information from prospects through direct outbound calls and emails and converting these leads into Sales.
You will also make a lot of cold calls to potential clients to establish connections with them and convert into sales.

Qualifying leads through the approach of cold calling
Partnering closely with our Company Directors to Identify Hot Leads
Identifying and reaching out to potential customers in order to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base (prospecting and cold-calling potential clients) Providing sales presentations/pitches to a range of prospective clients
Meet & Exceed Sales Targets & KPI’s
Manage Negotiations with Senior-Level Executives
Preparing weekly and/or monthly reports whilst maintaining KPIs and targets
Maintaining customer information on our database
Build Rapport and Establish Long-Term Relationships with Clients
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth Understanding Terre Coaches values & targets
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate will be an experienced, self-driven Sales Consultant who isn't afraid to pick up the phone or get out and chase sales.
You will need to have:
Native English
Exceptional phone manner and active listening skills
Competitive nature and comfortable working to meet targets
A significant track record of successful cold-calling
Great attention to detail and action oriented
Solutions-driven self-starter
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Develop a selling strategy and keep improving it
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong multi-tasking and self-management skills
High energy levels, resilience, and a sense of humour
Background in sales/marketing/Bus industry advantageous
Previous call centre or outbound lead generation experience preferable
