You will be expected to:
• Achieve the project brief.
• Deliver project compliance in accordance with the Winslow’s Integrated Management System
• Project planning and programming tasks.
• Liaise and manage client relationships.
• Monitor performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
• Report and mitigate performance issues.
• Report production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Procure plant, equipment, and material.
• Develop, review, and approve Management Plans and SWMS’s.

An experienced person who is passionate about civil construction who has:
• Demonstrated relevant experience (min 4 years) as an Engineer on civil, urban or infrastructure projects.
• Significant project management experience.
• Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure.
• Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Excellent rapport with subcontractors.
• Contract management experience.
• Established people management and development skills.
