Due to our expansion at Protecht, we are seeking an exceptional sales professional with a strong commercial focus with expertise in cyber security/GRC sales. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
As our new Cyber Security Business Development Manager youwill be responsible for identifying, developing and delivery of key sales opportunities within the Information Security and Vendor Risk Management sectors.
In this role, you will play a key role in developing and leading sales across the Cyber domains and come with strong understanding of IT control frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001 and cyber risk frameworks. This role would suit those who are comfortable prospecting customers as well as building strong relationships and bring absolute discipline to Protecht’s growth culture.
You are a passionate business development professional who can promote strategic customer opportunities and a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You are a Sales professional who genuinely loves what you do with experience in the risk, GRC and/or SaaS space
- Support the company’s growth targets by securing new business development opportunities and articulate Protecht’s key value proposition
- You are passionate about risk management space. In this role, you will come with an understanding Information Security Risk knowledge and experience with key risk control frameworks such as ISO27000, SOC2, NIST or others.
- Experience in building sales strategies to deliver exponential growth across new and existing markets in the APAC space
- Anticipate industry trends and contribute to the creation of innovative new offerings
- Strong relationship building including presentation and influencing skills at all organisational levels including c-Suite
- Prove track record in sales and strong business acumen, commercially focused with a competitive mindset
- A strong industry network across the Cyber, Risk, Resilience and or Tech Risk industry would be highly regarded
- Be a real people person, who has experience in managing key relationships and has a drive for achieving results
