Join a leading global FMCG business recognized for its iconic household brands. In this pivotal role, you'll contribute significantly to the functioning of a complex operation managing the workforce planning function, crucial for managing a fluid workforce across a large site.
The Role:
As Operations Leader, you'll collaborate closely with management teams to align planning with People, Business, and Customer objectives. Reporting to the General Manager you'll oversee workforce productivity, providing essential reporting, analysis, and optimization of workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team who are responsible for the scheduling, rostering, and workforce planning on a complex, fast paced manufacturing site.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and uplift in workforce planning, contributing to future business strategies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
