As a test analyst at RSM you will be obtaining requirements from stakeholders and end-users using Business Process maps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of Swimlane diagrams to identify requirements and business role responsibilities.
  • Designing and executing QA tests with scripts that test functionality and processes.
  • Identifying process variations within business processes that require testing.
  • Ensure testing traceability to configuration and requirements to verify risk profile of test sets.
  • Locating bugs and identifying quality issues within a related processes, whether on a business, development, or service level.
  • Working across business division, including non-technical team members to understand how testing methods can improve their processes and identify areas of improvement.

Essential

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

  • At least 8 years of experience in QA testing for ERP implementation projects.
  • Familiarity of Business Process Analysis methods to develop requirements.

Desirable

  • Direct experience in Workday HCM and FIN implementation testing.
  • Experience with using Azure DevOps testing toolsets
  • Experience developing Swimlane Diagrams in MS Visio.
