This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior IT Test Analyst who will assist our Sales, Customer Service, Credit & Finance teams. As part of a small team, you will play an integral role in the testing of IT system change.

In this role you will:

  • Perform testing across all test phases; system, UAT, regression and post implementation testing.
  • Co-ordinate testing activities with key stakeholders.
  • With the guidance of more senior staff; create and update testing, system and business process documentation.
  • Raise and monitor system defects.
  • Participate in disaster recovery tests.
  • Perform support and administration tasks as directed.

This is a great opportunity and to be considered, you will have 1-2 years’ experience in an IT Test, Support or Admin function in banking/financial services or similar. You will also demonstrate:

  • Attention to detail, accuracyand an ability to meet deadlines.
  • A keen desire to learn and grow.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Additional experiencethat would be advantageous:

  • Familiarity with premium funding, banking and the lending process.
  • Understanding of the IT lifecycle and best practices in the Testing discipline.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business or IT related field.
