About the team

Our Digital and Data Solutions team supports their clients to solve business problems by leveraging technology. The team provides support in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Digital Services (Advisory and Implementation).

About the role

As the Team and Marketing Assistant you will provide administration support to the group and the Partner of the Digital and Data Solutions team. Integral to the success of the group, you will manage and prioritise a range of tasks while supporting the team to meaningfully engage and manage their clients. You will collaborate with the firms Assistant group to facilitate internal social events, manage ad hoc requests and implement process improvements.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of internal communications and external proposal documents.
  • Billing and invoicing.
  • Support with Tenders and Proposals.
  • Document management, system updates and team admin management.
  • Executive assistance to Partner (diary and operations)

Who we’re after

  • Experience as a Team/Executive Assistant or Marketing Assistant in a professional services environment.
  • Experience with managing multiple stakeholders, prioritising tasks and process improvement.
  • Strong power point and word and letter writing skills.
