Bathla is a leading property development and construction company that combines talent, creativity and passion to deliver a diverse range of developments.
Bathla currently has a significant portfolio of multi-storey complexes at various stages of design and construction. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Apartment Delivery team.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Ensure that the highest standards of site safety and housekeeping are maintained at all times, and are compliant with WHS Plans and legislation.
- Plan and co-ordinate projects to deliver outcomes, which meet the required standards and timeframes.
- Generate construction programmes to ensure detailed planning of safety, resources, time, cost and quality.
- Lead and control resources, including employees, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure outstanding performance and quality is achieved.
- Develop and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment at all times.
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
- Identify and resolve planning, programming and resourcing issues.
- Deliver projects in accordance with the Code of Practice for the construction Industry, maintaining building specifications, standards and project specific contractual requirements.
- Manage tender interviews, letting of contracts, including subcontractor negotiations.
Qualifications and Experience requirements:-
- Formal qualifications in Construction Project Management or Structural / Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years experience with a respected Private Developer/Builder in Australia leading class 2 projects.
- Experience with Procore highly regarded.
