The company
A market leader in RMS Software in Australia. Our client has experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years. A need to expand their team to help support their clients has come up. Located centrally on the Gold Coast in an executive office, you will enjoy a casual-style workplace surrounded by shopping and a short walk to the beach. No uniforms

The Opportunity

  • Provide Support for the Operations Manager and development team
  • Provide training and coaching to Tier 1 support agents to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex support issues, working with other teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement support processes and procedures to ensure that customers receive the highest level of support possible
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for completion
  • Drive continued achievement and improvement of KPIs
  • Drive the Knowledge base article writing initiative
  • Provide support to new and existing clients
  • Assist in the setup/implementation of new clients
  • Liaising and setting up connections with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo etc.
  • Provide support for our partner RMS Cloud

What Skills do I need?

  • Previous experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor in the technology industry driving exceptional performance and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in technical support (Tier 2 experience – advantage)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Proactive data-driven approach – spot recurring issues within the product and find long-term solutions that will address them
  • Great time management, prioritization, and sense of ownership – able to self-manage and “juggle” between different tasks with optimal results
  • Sound conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of staff and clients
  • Ability to build strong relationships using your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience supporting hospitality software highly regarded.
  • Experience within the accommodation industry is highly desired
  • Trust Accounting Knowledge an advantage
