Job Details

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their brand’s narrative and driving strategic marketing initiatives across various channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  2. Managing and executing diverse marketing campaigns across social media, traditional media, and in-store promotions.
  3. Serving as the custodian of our brand’s tone of voice and ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.
  4. Leading a small yet growing team of internal marketing professionals and external contractors to achieve marketing objectives.
  5. Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Directors, operations, and culinary, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role within the hospitality or luxury industry.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  5. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
