As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to join our team and drive our brand to new heights.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across traditional, digital, and PR channels, as well as oversee our e-commerce function. This role is critical in shaping our brand's global presence and ensuring consistent, impactful marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen global brand identity and manage brand campaigns.
  • Traditional Marketing: Lead print advertising, events, partnerships, and in-store promotions.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • PR Management: Develop PR strategies, manage media relationships, and oversee press releases.
  • E-commerce Oversight: Ensure a seamless online shopping experience and implement strategies to increase online sales.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Buying, Merchandise Planning and Product teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Customer-Centric Strategy: Build a data-driven, customer-focused marketing agenda.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Operational Management: Translate strategic goals into operational plans and manage marketing budgets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
    • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Experience with public relations and crisis communication.
    • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online consumer behaviour.
    • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for fashion.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. partners.
