About Charter Australia

Established in 2005, Charter Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID: 41038) by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) under the National VET Regulator Act 2011. Charter Australia is also registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions & Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS Code: 03417F).

Charter Australia specialise in training in the health, aged care and disability, and community sectors and work closely with employers in the healthcare industry.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist (Thai Speaking). This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both the promotional efforts of our institution and the welfare of our students. If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess a blend of marketing expertise and a customer-centric approach to student support, we invite you to apply and be a part of our collaborative and innovative team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide student and language support to enhance student satisfaction, progression and completion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and channels to customers with a focus of Thai market.
  • Promote products and services to potential Japanese students via identified marketing channels.
  • Contribute to establishment of sales targets for each product and service.
  • Plan, design and conduct of marketing campaigns in allocated markets
  • Work collaboratively with other Marketing Specialists to ensure team targets are achieved.

Selection criteria

  • Must speak Thai fluently as a native.
  • Good at both speaking and writing English.
  • Able to translate between English and Thai.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with a proven track record are desired.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Skills in planning and setting up strategies.
  • Skills in building and maintaining professional networks.
  • Proficiency in technology.
  • Ability to adapt to changes.
  • Works well with others.
  • Resilient.
  • Always acts professionally.
