Marketing Manager

SSW is looking for a dynamic person to lead our exceptional Marketing team.
Are you passionate about both strategic marketing and getting hands-on with execution? We are a leading software consultancy seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll not only develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies but also dive into the details to ensure successful delivery across all channels.
You will work collaboratively with our design, SSW TV, and Sales Teams to create and implement effective marketing initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record in marketing within a tech-focused environment and is eager to contribute at every level, from high-level planning to the nitty-gritty of campaign execution. Your expertise in both marketing and technology will be crucial in driving our brand forward, engaging our target audience, and achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Report to the CEO on the success of our marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Mentor other marketing professionals.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and understand our audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, trends, and technologies.

About you:
- The right to live and work in Australia
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in marketing
- Have a keen interest in AI and be familiar with the latest marketing tools
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Experienced in writing blogs or equivalent
- Experienced in Google and social media paid campaigns
- Self-motivation and high attention to detail
- Your "can-do" attitude and commitment to getting the job done will secure you an interview
