- Paid First Aid Courses: Stay current with paid first aid courses and renewals.
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)
- Prior experience working in a long day-care Centre in a leadership role.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- Budget and financial accountability experience
- Experience: Must have at least 2 years' experience as a Centre Manager
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current Working with Children check
- Food handling certificate
Our Client requires a Centre Manager to lead their 100 place service and ideally someone who has experience in successful A&R outcomes.
Your voice is extremely important to the changes that will happen over the years and you will form part of their weekly/monthly meetings with other Centre Mangers. Their objective is 'child first' and are looking for a Centre Leader who is looking to be part of these positive structural changes with highly professional leadership mentors who have extensive industry experience with Australia's leading childcare services.
