There's an exciting opportunity for you to join Corporate Technology Services as the Senior Systems Analyst You will provide expert advice and content knowledge of the Queensland Health rostering solution and integration to HR/Payroll to ensure solution design, maintenance, support, system issues and problem resolution activities are completed to meet service delivery and solution development requirements.

The Senior Systems Analyst will l ead the development of the Queensland Health rostering solution and workforce management system workarounds and progress approvals to the internal committees.

About Corporate Enterprise Solutions:

This exciting job opportunity falls under the Corporate Enterprise Solutions branch within the Department of Health and provides solutions and services that support Queensland Health's enterprise corporate applications while also supporting the payroll transactional processes. This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and payroll solution in the public sector and the finance, business and logistics solution and management environment. 

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive knowledge of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for functional and solution responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in system analysis, solution configuration, second level support, and the implementation of solution change control processes and project activities.
  • Demonstrated high level ability to analyse business requirements and solve system problems to provide innovative solutions to business requirements.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation and providing consultation with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
