About the Role:

As Sales & Project Coordinator, you will coordinate all elements of customer projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and to high standards. 

You'll manage project schedules, oversee the entire order cycle, and support interdepartmental coordination. 

Your role will involve proactive service management, effective communication, and identifying additional business opportunities, all aimed at achieving customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee customer projects to meet goals and fulfill expectations.
  • Coordinate project schedules, delivery, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth project execution through interdepartmental coordination.
  • Identify and leverage additional business opportunities.
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Support sales pipeline and nurture leads.
  • Enhance customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and compile reports.
  • Support growth strategies and apply best practices.

About You:

  • Proven experience in project coordination
  • Have a “hands-on” approach with real-world experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Capable of managing issues as they arise
  • Strong call-handling and active listening skills
  • Familiar with ERP & CRM systems and practices
  • Customer-focused 
  • Creative problem-solving skills
