The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal with a background in residential conveyancing or leasing. If you are eager to jump into an environment which encourages innovation, collaboration and building client relationships.
You will be responsible for:

  • Regular liaison with clients via email and telephone;
  • Support developer clients in land releases and off-the-plan developments;
  • Assist with mortgages, private finance, and primary production;
  • Assist a senior paralegal with some leasing and residential conveyancing matters;
  • Use of PEXA, Duties Online, Salesforce and iManage to ensure efficient operations and accurate data entry.

About You

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing or leasing is essential; previous experience with mid-tier or top-tier firms is preferred;
  • Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
