RoleSummary:

TheSalesforce Technical Writer is a newly created, 8-month Max-Termopportunity in our Customer Project Delivery and Readiness teambased at our Perth CBD offices.

The purposeof the role is to deliver quality content for the SalesforceKnowledge Management solution to provide operational support acrossCBU with an emphasis on change management.

Keyresponsibilities of the role include:

  • Assessbusiness requirements and develop content to ensure accurateprocesses to support the delivery of customerexperience.
  • Reviewand analyse existing content against futurerequirements
  • Assistwith the documentation of processes to ensure accuracy ofprocesses including compliance requirements.
  • Assistwith the analysis of existing KANA content for migration toSalesforce Knowledge
  • Supportchange for the program delivery

Whatyou’ll bring:

  • At leasttwo years’ experience in customer service support role orsimilar.
  • Demonstrated experiencein cross-functional collaboration within diverse businessenvironments.
  • Provenability to quickly learn a complex subject matter.
  • Abilityto think creatively and develop innovative customer- focusedsolutions.
