Customer Experience Coordinator

Join our dynamic pre-construction team as a Customer Experience Coordinator to project manage a portfolio of Greenfields projects and be part of a company that values your expertise, time management, attention to detail and genuine passion for the residential industry. Responsibilities include:
- Project manage your own portfolio of customers from sales acceptance to construction
- Coordinate all required elements of the pre-construction workflow within expected timelines
- Effectively and proactively manage your customers' questions and expectations, ensuring that they are informed of status and timeframes
- Collaborate with the Operations team (drafting, estimating, studio, approvals, scheduling) to deliver against workflow timeframes
- Present and facilitate the return of Housing Industry Association (HIA) contracts
What can you bring?
- Experience in pre-construction and/or construction (preferred)
- Project management or high-volume customer service
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in the building industry
- Strong organisation/prioritisation skills
- Ability to meet conflicting deadlines
- Strong listening skills
- An eye for detail when producing documentation
- Relentless when faced with challenges
- Positive attitude and a team player
