We are currently seeking a dynamic Communications Lead who is passionate about crafting and executing innovative communication strategies.

Overview:
As a Communications Lead, you will shape the agency’s and clients' communication strategies, overseeing a talented team of specialists. By developing comprehensive communication plans, managing day-to-day operations, and nurturing media relationships, this role is crucial for enhancing the agency's reputation and achieving clients' strategic objectives.

The Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication and content plans aligned with clients' goals.
- Lead the Communications team, overseeing four specialists and long-term external contractors.
- Supervise client meetings by showcasing expertise in strategy and proposals, including business development pitches to prospective clients.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing the communication plans across PR and social media.
- Create engaging content strategies for clients across various channels, including web content, social media, email marketing, and PR.
- Oversee, coach, lead, and develop team members to provide high-quality service to our clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key media contacts, securing positive coverage for clients and the agency.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years in marketing/communications, with proven success in team management.
- Comfortable in both B2C and B2B environments, offering adaptability to diverse industry landscapes.
- A solid background within team management and content strategy development.
- Possess exceptional writing, editing, and strategic planning skills.
- Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, you have experience with social media strategies, digital PR, and SEO-led content.
