Business Services Manager - Diverse role to include outsource CFO & Tax

This firm is established in the last decade and in the growth phase. They plan to double in size in the next 5 years. This firm is progressive, lead by highly experienced Partners from Big 4. The firm has exceptional and large clients, most staff being from Big 4 or mid-tier firms. This is a firm that provides the services of the mid-tier and big 4, but with a boutique tailored service.

Duties:

  • Communicating directly with clients and managing a client portfolio of approx $1 million in fees per year
  • Outsource CFO and you will work onsite with clients from time to time
  • Reviewing work of seniors and junior staff, whilst assisting a highly capable management team
  • Financials and tax returns for large size clients
  • BAS, IAS
  • FBT
  • Tax planning
  • Leading a team of 5 staff
Skills:

  • 7 + years of experience within a reputable accounting firm, working within Business Services
  • Be a Supervisor looking to step up or current Manager
  • Excellent communication
  • CA/ CPA qualified
  • You must be a very strong Business Services Supervisor Accountant, ready to take the next step, or a current Manager
