About the Role:
The right candidate will possess energy, passion and desire to build a successful team. Will know
drive results, coach and mentor, to maximize enterprise pipeline build and creating top of funnel for our ever-growing CrowdStrike business. The team is located in Sydney and in the office Monday, Wednesday + Friday.
What You'll Do:
The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include:
Leading a team of 6+ Enterprise Sales Development Reps
Coaching reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into whitespace Enterprises and also increasing cross-sell into existing Enterprise customers
Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit + marketing campaigns are being executed on to drive results
Working with Regional Directors (RD’s) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) to build territory plans and execute on them
What You’ll Need:
Experience as a SDR Leader or sales manager; a highly successful manager of a frontline sales/SDR team
At least 4 year of experience driving business results for a hi-tech company preferred
Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau
Proven ability to hire, develop and promote top sales talent
Understands the cybersecurity landscape preferred
Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
Project Management experience and the ability to proactively identify new business opportunities, build a plan to capitalise on it and execute
A true people person who consistently delivers results no matter the challenges
An engaging communication style with the ability to inspire, coach and develop your team
