C&W are currently looking for an additional Facilities Coordinator to join us on a client site in Melbourne's West.Job Description
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for controlling the reactive and preventative maintenance program to ensure the site operates within the Client’s and Company’s requirements and guidelines in a safe and timely manner.
About the role:
Coordinate reactive works onsite including obtaining quotes and managing services for external reactive contractors.
Review and update invoices as required.
Coordinate onsite internal trades staff and contractors on site and external vendors.
Ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks within KPI.
Manage permits, entry permissions, and contractor service records.
Participate in incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
Provide oncall support afterhours and weekends once every 4 weeks.
Other tasks related to the management of the site
About you:
A minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required.
Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring
Customer service and client relationship management experience beneficial
Valid Victorian Driver's License required.
