What you will be doing

  • Ensure the workplace is as safe as possible, both physically and psychologically
  • Manage recruitment process, partnering with managers in challenging vacancies
  • Provide general advice to the Morgans Branch Network regarding the recruitment process
  • Oversee employee on-boarding and offboarding process
  • Support in the creation and implementation of Morgans experience programs
  • Conduct employee exit interviews, identify trends and make recommendations to management
  • Develop and facilitate training to relevant stakeholders to address identified needs
  • Support the Chief People Officer to drive the team strategy
  • Assist with complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Develop, review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Oversee HR analytics and reporting, using data to drive HR strategy

What you will bring

  • Qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Relevant experience operating in a true HR Adviser role within a professional services work environment
  • Understanding of current Industrial Relations landscape
  • Exposure to people projects across the employee lifecycle
  • High level of interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, writing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry (advantageous)
