Senior Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Process Business Analyst who will work for a leading utilities organisation, leading and providing Process and Business Analysis services for the successful delivery of the Technology Enablement Program – Service Operating Model stream.6 months initial contract

Can be located Vic, NSW or QLDResponsibilities:
- Process map existing processes, identifying the key stakeholders, and understanding the resources and technologies currently in use.
- Analyse current processes within the Service Operating Model Stream, identifying areas for improvement, and designing optimised processes that align with the cloud implementation strategy.
- Transform "as is" processes into streamlined "to be" workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment helping the program make informed decisions.
- Create detailed process maps and workflows, defining roles and responsibilities, and specifying the technologies and resources that will be used.
- Attend and actively participate and help facilitate project meetings, workshops, design reviews, prototype demonstrations, as required for the project.
- Document the Service Operating Model, including maps, plans, materials, and reports.

- Proven experience as a Process and Business Analyst, preferably within a large scale digital implementation project on-prem to cloud
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and service operating models.
- Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven expertise with process mapping and design tools.
- Knowledge of project management and software development lifecycles and frameworks, particularly Agile.
