Senior Business Process Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to streamline our business processes and optimise our organisational efficiencies. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and supporting our strategic initiatives.

- Melbourne CBD based. Hybrid working
- $900 a day Inclusive of superannuation
- Exposure to working alongside one of Australia’s largest energy providers.
- 6-month rolling contract.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Develop process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in business process management and optimisation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in the utilities sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
