My client is an industry leader in their space supporting Australia's largest construction and infrastructure projects. With activity in this space booming, my client has forecast continued growth of over 5% year on year at a current turnover in excess of $1 billion. With this growth projected my client is looking to increase the capacity of the finance team.
Based in South Sydney, my client is a short walk from public transport. They are committed to a flexible working model with 1 day from home and truly own the mantra of being there to complete you deliverables and not be on the clock.
The role
Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be;
- High volume invoice processing (automated)
- Ensuring rejected invoices are processed accurately
- Manage the automated invoice verification software
- Manage internal and external queries
- Effective communication in dealing with stakeholders
- General accounts admin duties
We are looking for a candidate with the ability to step into a busy team and be able to demonstrate Accounts Payable experience. This is a fast-paced, dynamic sector and requires a quick learner and strong communicator.
