Role Overview:

As a Partner at Copenhagen Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business in Australia. You will be responsible for building and positioning data-driven solutions to our clients. Your strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on approach will be instrumental in driving business growth and operational excellence. You will have full P&L responsibility for a segment of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Australian Practice. Align with Copenhagen Data's overall business goals and client needs.
  • Drive growth through proactive business development activities. Lead proposals, pitch to potential clients, and expand the practice’s market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Lead project delivery ensuring delivery excellence and customer success.
  • Oversee the financial performance of your business segment, managing budgets, forecasts and P&L to ensure profitability.
  • Build, mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of consulting experience with a background from an established consulting firm.
  • Currently holds the title of Manager, Principal, or similar with a strong aspiration to advance to a Partner role.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell consulting services and deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Strong personal network within the industry in which you have operated.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L and driving business growth.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategies into actionable projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Desirable - MAICD or GAICD
