Driven by our pipeline of current and future small scale utility solar projects, we are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team and grow alongside our Engineering and Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical expertise during the detailed design phase of solar and BESS projects to fulfill project objectives, meet client requirements, and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Internally certify that QA/QC documentation are in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide engineering support during the construction of PV projects and collaborate with internal departments across project phases, including tendering, execution, and operations.
  • Ensure design adherence to all safety, environmental, construction, commissioning, and operational requirements.
  • Proactive involvement and communication with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Contribute to identification of project risks and formulate mitigation strategies to address potential issues impacting project delivery.
  • Actively participate in communication among Engineering and Construction teams, fostering a proactive approach to design activities. Ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams to optimize project outcomes.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to temporarily relocate for construction periods (3 to 4 months).
  • Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience with QA/QC and commissioning of utility solar farms desirable but not essential.
