We are currently hiring for an Electrical Project Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to work on projects spanning across a range of industries in the Ashmore area. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company that has been operating for over 30 years. We offer a permanent full-time position where you can enhance your skills and experience with a fast-expanding company on a variety of exciting projects.

Details:
  • Competitive remuneration packages up to $120-$140K negotiable
  • Projects spanning across Water/Wastewater, Mining, Industrial/Commercial construction, and more

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management Plans – Development of Management Plans to meet the Clients’ expectations.
  • Engineering Management – Ensure development of an effective and compliant engineering solution.
  • BOM - Preparation of a compliant, cost-effective, Bill of Materials.
  • Switchboard Manufacture – Quality control and delivery coordination.
  • Control Systems – Ensure the development of a complete and compliant control system.
  • Quality – Development of Inspection Test Plans, Commissioning Plan, and associated check sheets.
  • Variations – Preparation of estimate and proposal.
  • O&MM – Preparation of submission documents to meet Clients’ expectations.
  • Follow and demonstrate Values in everyday activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified Engineer
  • 5+ years industrial projects experience – design, drafting, testing, reporting
  • Sound knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations
  • Previous experience working in compliance with a quality management system
  • High-level communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and organize personnel and materials
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
